October – Working groups continue research, begin to look into recommendations- Full WIFC meets to continue discussion.  Commission to host four public hearings in October and November.

November – Working groups complete research – work on recommendations – Provide update to full WIFC  – (Public hearings continue)

December – Working groups finalize recommendations; vote to submit to full commission

January – Working Groups present recommendations to full WIFC

February – Full WIFC considers and votes on recommendations

March – April – Staff compiles and completes report

May – Presentation of Full report, last changes and full commission votes on report

June – Final report Press conference and public presentation
