State Senator Jamie Eldridge has announced that he will be hosting a bi-monthly program, “Half Hour on the Hill,” which will run on local cable access channels throughout the district.
“A lot of good work happens on Beacon Hill, but so much of it goes unnoticed. Hosting this program is one of the many ways I’m reaching out to constituents in the district and giving them the opportunity to learn more about what we’re doing to make the Commonwealth a better place to live, work, and raise a family. I hope folks will check it out,” said Eldridge.
The first program, which is currently running on local cable access channels, focuses on ethics reform, a hot topic on Beacon Hill this year. Eldridge interviewed Pam Wilmot, a long-time leader on issue of ethics and campaign finance reform, and the head of Common Cause, a nonpartisan organization that works to ensure open, honest and accountable government.
Check with your local cable access channel to see what times the show will be on.
