Joshua Luedke
Director of Constituent Services & Environmental Policy Advisor
Joshua Luedke serves as the Director of Constituent Services and Environmental Policy Advisor to Senator Jamie Eldridge. Prior to accepting this position, Josh was the legislative fellow for Team Eldridge, where he co-led intern coordination and worked closely on environmental and criminal justice matters.
Josh grew up in southern New Hampshire before relocating to the north shore of Massachusetts. He earned his BA in Political Science with minors in Sustainability and Legal Studies from Emmanuel College. Beyond the classroom, Josh led student organizations on campus to engage students in the civic process, served as a legislative team leader with the Massachusetts Sierra Club, partnered with professors and organizations, such as 350 Massachusetts, to conduct meaningful policy research, and volunteered on various progressive political campaigns. While in school, Josh also interned at Senator Ed Markey’s office, focusing on environmental, energy, and veterans' affairs issues.
Josh is committed to delivering a brighter and greener future for all, driven by his passions for supporting constituents, advancing environmental justice, and strengthening ecological stewardship. In his spare time, you can find him enjoying the outdoors or reading a good book.
